i'm auditioning for MARROW dance company this sunday. i'm secretly afraid the choreographer is a gemini. don't get me wrong, i've done tons of creative work with (mostly gay) male geminis and they're totally sexy and brilliant. in the neptunian hazy peaceful cloud faze that is my pisces brian, however, active, whirling, vocal geminis (my opposite) mostly appear in my reality as being totally batshit crazy. We have all seen statements like "We are magnificent beings of Light" and we love seeing them because they make us feel good, but do we fully believe it? I don't believe we do. re: Gemini males.
ReplyDeleteConnect with their mutable-ness, oh mutable Pisces! Yes, they may be batshit crazy, but they're detail-oriented and good listeners... and you've got a lot to listen/pay attention to!
I'm surprised you don't mesh well with them... Maybe it's a power struggle thing? It's easy for them to feel that their sense of power is threatened, at which point they shut down and don't communicate well (in an us vs. them/me vs. the world sort of spirit).
A suggestion: make an effort to connect with them intellectually (humor works wonders!); try and make them feel heard/understood; keep it light; keep it moving; keep the power balance as equal as possible, as they respect power as much as they try to possess it - in an understated sort of way, of course ;)
Love you! You'll do great!! As a fellow mutable one, I feel a sense of oneness with you and with Gem males... So forgive/humor me trying to bridge the gap between two who I feel such oneness with!
